Problem z div-ami, Gdzie mi "uciekła" "druga belka"

Nie ma nic gorszego, niż Dreamweaverr CS5+IE-dzialają nie stabilnie. Ale do problemu(kod zawiera błędy), nie wyświetla się apdiv10 na IE(dróga belka 175px od góry o wysokosci 175px, nie stety na szkoleniu nie ma innych przeglądarek):
